The 2021 Albariño is ultra-aromatic with scents of stone fruits, pear, honey and green herb. A tangy entry gains roundness in the midpalate, delivering mouthwatering flavors of peach, nectarine and pink grapefruit. Notes of sea breeze salinity, a signature of our estate Albariño, bring complexity to a fresh, quenching finish. The pure coastal character of this wine makes a perfect match for seafood dishes, including seared scallops, crab cakes, steamed mussels and ceviche. This wine is also a perfect crowd-pleaser for picnics and parties.

The 2021 Brick Barn Albarino opens with a complex, inviting aroma of citrus, green apple, grapefruit and honeysuckle with touches of sea salt minerality and herbal notes. It’s a fabulous start.

The wine tastes wonderful and features a lively mouthfeel with great acidity and similar flavors to the nose with lots of tangy fruit in the mouth. It’s pretty true to the variety but also tastes to me like it could have some Viognier in it. Either way, it’s quite delicious!

It ends dry and quite long on the very satisfying, mouth-watering finish. This is a serious white!

The first sip of the 2021 Vermentino reveals a refreshing and vibrant character on the palate. A burst of citrus flavors floods the mouth, with zesty lemon and tangy lime taking center stage. The fruitiness is well-balanced by a hint of green apple, contributing a crisp and lively acidity. There is a delightful salinity that evokes coastal influences, reflecting the proximity of our vineyards to the Pacific Ocean. Mid-palate, the wine unveils its distinct minerality, a testament to the region’s unique terroir. This mineral quality adds depth and structure to the wine, enhancing the overall tasting experience.

The 2021 Brick Barn Vermentino opens with a very fresh and attractive aroma full of lemon and lime along with some other varied citrus, floral notes and touches of tropical fruit. It’s a great start!

The wine tastes wonderful. Smooth and round, it’s a bit tangy in the mouth and features similar flavors to the nose with sea salt minerality underneath. Easy to sip with a good amount of complexity as well, this is very tasty stuff.

It ends dry and very long on the lip-smacking finish.
